I have been dealing professionally in rare books, manuscripts, archives and – for want of a better phrase - literary art for over 25 years and am proud to be a member of both the Antiquarian Booksellers Association and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers.
My speciality is in late-19th and 20th century literature in English – Oscar Wilde-and-after sums it up – with a particular interest in Modernism. I have a wealth of experience in collection development for private individuals including - when the time comes – dispersal. I work closely with many Special Collections librarians around the world on the acquisition of material ranging from single letters to complete authors’ archives and also offer an appraisal service.
I exhibit at three or four major rare book fairs per year, details of which are posted at the bottom of this page once they have been confirmed.
Enquiries are always welcome from private collectors at every level – both buyers and sellers – who are in need of honest advice, encouragement or consolation and from libraries and other institutional repositories. Please see contact details below.
